Dragonfly Gardens is a small family owned business. We strive to create a fun and safe environment for our team to work in and learn and grow knowledge of plants. We offer some flexibility in hours and competitive compensation for highly skilled individuals. Many of our seasonal workers return each year and we have a robust age differential of employees.

What is the hiring process like?
A potential employee reaches out to inquire about any open positions, submits a resume, or creates a letter of intent, and if we think it may be a good fit we ask for an interview. If a person is hired there is a two week period of time to determine if it is a good fit for both parties.
What are the benefits?
Currently, we do not offer benefits such as health care, dental, or 401k plans. For full time salaried employees we do offer PTO. We aspire to become a profit share business for all full time employees. Part-time/seasonal employees do receive a nice discount at the garden center and flexibility in scheduling.

What positions do you hire for?
We hire annually for production (behind the scenes) and retail (which still includes plant care!).
